balanced experience at this hotel

I found the food to be quite good. the family type room had a very big double bed. several pool areas offered choices, which suited kids' age with different water parks. the location near lindos was convenient. I could get there by bus or taxi.
i thought some other guests were really rude. queues at the main restaurant could be pushy. i also discovered things myself, for example i did not know where to get the towels until i asked another guest. the a la carte restaurants were always booked.

This large resort offered ample space. the reception staff demonstrated really good kindness. i booked a family suite. It was large and included a balcony. the suite came with complimentary mineral water and wine.
check-in at 2 am involved a long queue with only one receptionist available.

the reception team was helpful and efficient. i appreciated their attentiveness to requests. guest relations responded quickly, though some housekeeping requests needed more follow-up, but overall staff was AMAZING!!!

the main dining room provided varied and tasty options. the themed restaurants offer diverse cuisines. the fish and seafood restaurant served delicious meals. the greek restaurant's sharing platter stood out.

The hotel has great pools and really good entertainment options for kids. i found the staff amazingly helpful. They were always available. the food was good (not great), but there was a variety of it. the hotel also has welcome and goodbye gifts which i thought was nice (a personal touch).
I noticed the gym was small, with limited machines. It had only two treadmills.
