Fantastic Family Fun!

superb animation team attentive staff wonderful selection exciting rotation

I enjoyed the superb animation team. They got everyone involved. The staff were lovely AND attentive. The food was AMAZING!!! It included an exciting rotation between different world cuisines. I got a 12pm checkout, so useful with my toddler.

The beaches were a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, making it a little inconvenient with small children.

cute staff friendly staff clean area waterfall feature

the reception staff were so cute, and checkout was easy. all the staff in the bar and restaurant areas were helpful and friendly. i found every area to be clean. i especially liked the waterfall feature near the lobbies. the food was great (i especially liked the fresh salads).

The room was spacious and very clean. It had all facilities for a short stay. The staff made every effort to include children in activities. The choice of food was good and varied.

I found that some facilities WERE closed. This limited my ability to fully enjoy the resort.

friendly staff accommodating staff orange staining floor stain

the staff was friendly and accommodating during a power cut, it was nice.

The room i stayed in needs an update. I noticed orange staining on the floors and balcony, this did affect my stay a bit.
