A decent stay.

helpful team free parking street noise distant supermarket

The building has staff present all day and night. The team is very helpful. I was allowed to keep my car at the hotel after I checked out. This was really nice.

I noticed noise coming from the street. I think a few more supermarkets should be located nearby. The bathroom was also located inside the bedroom.

the location suited me well. it was close to the metro and several parks. the building had staff available 24/7, and they were very helpful. my family trip was comfortable with the spaciousness provided. the apartment offered reception services and amenities like a hotel.

i noticed very few supermarkets nearby, which required a bit more planning for grocery shopping.

This hotel is located near the royal palace, plaza de españa, and via grande, awesome for easy access to landmarks. Nearby, i noticed two children's playgrounds and several restaurants, suitable for families. all of this made the location really good.

the apartment was clean with quality sheets.

i found a big problem with the oven. it got super hot even when it was off i didn't like that. also the room card didn't work on the second day and staff couldnt fix it. this made things difficult.
