the location suited me well. it was close to the metro and several parks. the building had staff available 24/7, and they were very helpful. my family trip was comfortable with the spaciousness provided. the apartment offered reception services and amenities like a hotel.

This hotel is located near the royal palace, plaza de españa, and via grande, nice for easy access to landmarks. Nearby, i noticed two children's playgrounds and several restaurants, suitable for families. all of this made the location really good.

The apartment included two bathrooms and two bedrooms, and the beds had comfortable mattresses. I also noted plenty of storage space. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the seating area added to the comfort, with central air for climate control. these aspects were highly satisfactory.

the apartment was clean with quality sheets.

i found a big problem with the oven. it got super hot even when it was off i didn't like that. also the room card didn't work on the second day and staff couldnt fix it. this made things difficult.
