the location is excellent. the staff was friendly and had my room prepared. the metro station is conveniently close by.

my room was quite cold, i found there was no heater available. also, no one assisted me with my luggage upon arrival.

i found the location really good near many attractions. the room proved spacious fitting my needs well. breakfast included fast service with many buffet selections. cups and glasses are smaller, i noticed.

the room had no heater, very cold. staff did not help with luggage to my room. the provided blanket seemed dirty.

the location is very convenient it is close to the metro station. the staff were helpful with directions. breakfast offered a good variety of choices. the triple room was spacious and clean.

the air conditioning did not seem to regulate the temperature properly. the room felt quite warm even with the system running. the walls had some visible wear and tear i noticed.
