underwhelming stay. service misses the mark

the hotel's location outside of the city was acceptable.
The rooftop pool lacked shade. i found it unusable during the hottest part of the day. staff seemed indifferent. I asked for a stocked mini-bar, but it wasn't addressed. also, i was informed about paid parking yet all roads nearby offered free parking.

The hotel's location near a bus stop allows quick access to the city center. The complimentary local wine at check-in was a nice touch, and the receptionist provided helpful recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food, including delicious options (i especially loved the pastries). The hotel provides convenient parking under the building.
The rooftop pool lacked sufficient shade. This made it uncomfortable during the hottest part of the day.

Lovely Hotel Just Outside the City

I found the room quite modern. the rooftop pool was great, and i enjoyed a relaxing swim (the views were a nice bonus). parking was conveniently located under the hotel, a real plus. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. It was spotlessly clean.
the air conditioning never cooled below 23°c, even when set to 18°c. this made the room slightly warmer than i prefer for optimal comfort. it was a minor inconvenience .

the hotel is a bit outside the city center, but there is a convenient bus stop right outside. it makes traveling into the city quite easy (buses run frequently). the ride takes about 20 minutes.

The full spectrum infrared sauna impressed me. jetstreams offered a relaxing experience after a long day. i found the bed most comfortable. It ensured a restful night.
