The location was great. It made it easy to walk to many attractions. The rooftop bar offered wonderful views. The breakfast buffet had food made to order. This was AMAZING!!!
The family room shower had a bathtub in it, which took up almost the entire shower.

the gardens were really lovely, a tranquil escape. Some staff were superb too, i noted their helpfulness. The check-in process WENT smoothly, and the concierge helped me greatly.
the rooms felt very SMALL. The front desk and concierge were somewhat cold, sadly. I did not feel especially welcome . The restaurant services WENT down as only acceptable.

i appreciated the perfect service upon arrival by taxi. a bellman opened the door and escorted me inside. i also liked the on-site breakfast buffet, the food was delicious and made to order. the location allowed a short walk from the royal palace.
the family room shower included a bathtub that took up too much space.
