Really good Riad Experience
helpful staff comfortable rooftop central location included refrigerator
The staff were friendly and helpful arranging a hot air balloon ride, camel excursion, quad bike adventure, and a Berber dinner. The rooftop area is comfortable. The pool is wonderful. I found the rooms clean. They included air conditioning and a refrigerator. The Riad features wifi and a central location so I accessed everything on foot.
The water pressure in my room had some issues that were not resolved. the spa massage that I booked was a bit disappointing and short.

The staff ensured guest comfort throughout the stay and responded to requests efficiently. They provided detailed information about local attractions and transport options. The employees demonstrated great attentiveness and professionalism.

comfortable bed roof terrace helpful staff
My room was large. It featured a very comfortable bed. Breakfast service was on the roof terrace. Half of the terrace area is enclosed. This allows using it regardless of weather conditions. The staff was nice. The staff was also helpful.
The water pressure was a little inconsistent.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i especially liked ismael at the bar! the breakfasts were delicious. i enjoyed fresh fruit and local pastries. the rooftop pool was also a great feature, with a comfortable temperature.
i waited 25 minutes for my room after arriving at 4 pm. the water pressure in my room was low and nothing was done. the spa massages were disappointing, and they cut 10 minutes short. i did not even get an apology.

the staff was attentive i enjoyed the rose and orange blossom scent throughout the riad. the bedroom was luxurious with attention to detail. they adapted breakfast for me since i am vegetarian
i arrived and had to wait a while for my room it was difficult to find coffee i wanted nearby since there was no kettle. the water pressure in my room was an issue and not resolved.

EXCELLENT stay at this gem!
excellent service easy walking distance comfortable room
The staff provided EXCELLENT service. They even went to find fragrance for me. The location is fantastic. Close to the medina gate and easy walking distance to points of interest. The hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast was lovely and the room was also very comfortable!
I had to wait 25 minutes for my room. the experience was disappointing. i recommend using another facility, just a Spa!

The Beautiful Suite had every facility. Great care was clearly taken. Beautiful towel arrangements included two swans. Rose petals decorated the tables and bathroom.

Really good Service and Beautiful Design

The staff were attentive and addressed every request promptly. The owner went beyond expectations to ensure a nice experience. I observed thoughtful details, including sun hats at the pool. The design combines traditional Moroccan elements with modern comforts giving a perfect balance.
I noticed a slight issue with the water pressure in the shower. It fluctuated a bit during peak hours.
