EXCELLENT stay at this gem!

The staff provided EXCELLENT service. They even went to find fragrance for me. The location is fantastic. Close to the medina gate and easy walking distance to points of interest. The hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast was lovely and the room was also very comfortable!

I had to wait 25 minutes for my room. the experience was disappointing. i recommend using another facility, just a Spa!

The Beautiful Suite had every facility. Great care was clearly taken. Beautiful towel arrangements included two swans. Rose petals decorated the tables and bathroom.

The staff were attentive and addressed every request promptly. The owner went beyond expectations to ensure a nice experience. I observed thoughtful details, including sun hats at the pool. The design combines traditional Moroccan elements with modern comforts giving a perfect balance.

I noticed a slight issue with the water pressure in the shower. It fluctuated a bit during peak hours.

The riad provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. Its central location allows easy exploration with only a short walk to attractions. Taxis are easily arranged for convenient transportation.
