i found the staff very helpful and friendly. simo in charlie's bar is a talented mixologist. the breakfast selection offered quality items like eggs cooked to order and a variety of breads and jams.
the location is a bit far north in the medina, making access to some areas challenging.

All staff members were polite. Transfers arranged by the hotel were seamless. Our Zebra Master Suite was very traditional.
The water pressure was not high enough , so showering was a bit difficult.

the staff were helpful and created a home from home atmosphere! i stayed in the chameau suite, and it was bursting with moroccan character. i loved returning to the riad after exploring. it was a wonderful experience.
the bar did not open until late afternoon, so getting a pre-dinner drink proved difficult. the piano player never played. i was expecting some evening entertainment

i found the staff very helpful they quickly addressed any requests i had the breakfast offered a good variety with fresh options each morning i especially enjoyed the traditional moroccan pastries the riad had a lovely scent throughout adding to the cute atmosphere.
the lighting in some areas was a little dim making it slightly challenging to navigate at night i would have preferred brighter lights in the hallways.
