The rooftop pool was a plus, especially after hot days.
I found some issues with the shower. There were problems with it. the room also seemed not to be vacuumed properly before my arrival. I noticed some dust.

i found really kind staff. i liked that this riad has a swimming pool outside. it is conveniently located near the medina market.
the coffee did not come first at breakfast, i had to wait. this was my personal preference and i asked a few times on the first day.

The staff consistently went above expectations. They ensured my stay was comfortable. i found that customer service from the entire team was excellent. they were always ready to assist and very attentive, even offering advice on excursions.

the rooftop pool was big enough, i suppose.
The room wasn't vacuumed before we arrived, pretty gross. also, the toilet was smelly. Maybe it was a drainage issue, i don't know. i found it quite off-putting, though.

lovely massage excellent pedicure
The staff was very cute and ready to assist.. nothing seemed like too much trouble. i highly recommend using the spa. The hammam massage with kalima felt heavenly and the pedicure with hanan was excellent.
The toilet had a slight odor. It might indicate a drainage issue.
