The room was spacious and clean. the shower head was great. i enjoyed both pools, one on the ground floor and another on the roof. Both are wonderful. the seafood restaurant was a total surprise and so good!!!
they took way too long to arrive. there were no coffee or hot water kettles provided in the room.

The staff at breakfast tried their best to assist, communicating in multiple languages. oumaima from guest relations provided a warm welcome and booked us lunch and dinner at great restaurants. Both were great recommendations.

the decor was perfect. the pools and interior was beautiful. the prestige suite was spacious. the bed was huge and comfortable. lunch at the rooftop bar was tasty. the location was great. i walked to the modern shopping area. it was a safe area. i received bottled water daily.

the rooftop pool area was satisfactory. it provided a space for relaxation.
the air conditioning unit emitted a musty odor. the window did not fully seal, i noticed considerable noise intrusion at night. the bar on the terrace played loud music audible even in my room.
