The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. I always felt safe. i appreciated the room's décor, it was lovely. the rooftop terrace provided a quiet escape, it was perfect after a day exploring.
the breakfast service felt a bit slow at times.

the staff was genuinely friendly. i was greeted with tea upon arrival. the hotel is located in a great area for exploring. the shopping around the hotel was fun. we were upgraded and given a room with two balconies.

the room had intricate tilework and rich fabrics. it also included plush furnishings and created a serene atmosphere. the el bacha suite was especially lovely with its unique details and spacious layout. the room had good air conditioning.

the hotel is located near wonderful shops. the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the city and the atlas mountains. the location allows quick access to the central lively streets, a definite plus.

the staff was very helpful and attentive. the staff offered complementary mint tea on arrival, refreshing. isak provided the best possible experience and was always very kind. they provided great welcome with maps marking useful information.

The location was close to the souk, so I could walk to many attractions.
The breakfast was underwhelming. It did not accommodate dietary requirements, despite the menu's claim. The room was at the very top of the riad and a terrible sewage smell filled it every night and morning. The water pressure was also non-existent
