Really good hospitality and calm atmosphere

We stayed in the Riad Blue, a standalone Riad approximately 50 metres from the main building. I LOVED it. The hotel arranged a driver for our late flight, picking us up at nearly 11pm. The walk through the medina (even with our bags) was a fantastic experience. The Riad staff cooked an amazing meal. The beef and vegetable Tajines were excellent.
The location involved a walk through a dark alley in the Medina. Some local lads constantly heckled and asked for money to guide us. Even with navigation apps, it was difficult to find, a shame.

the staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful. i really liked the breakfast, it had fresh orange juice and a GREAT variety. also, my room HAD petals ALL over the place, its was SO cute.
the location wasn't ideal because taxis couldn't drop you off at the hotel. i had TO walk around 10 minutes with MY luggage. plus, i find the area grotty.

the breakfast was fine , but not really good.
i was pretty annoyed that there was no clear signage at night . the dark alley leading to the riad felt unsafe , especially with locals constantly heckling. taxis could not drop us directly at the location , forcing a long walk with luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was a great experience served on the roof terrace. The riad is situated on a quiet side street near the main square. Spa treatments seemed quite popular with other guests.
I noticed the bed was a little Stiff, which affected my sleep quality.
