river view friendly staff pool opening room maintenance

the restaurant provided amazing river views it had friendly staff i especially remember juan carlos the grounds were beautiful with character buildings. the breakfast selection was wonderful it gave a great start to my day in a charming setting

the pool was not open until june fifteenth i wish i knew this before my arrival i felt the hotel should contact guests about these changes. my room needed maintenance it lacked a sofa the window required an umbrella to stay closed because the stick was broken

i stayed in a villa room. it had good lighting and effective air conditioning. the breakfast had a great selection.

the villa terrace needs an upgrade. the decking sun beds are uncomfortable. i found it slightly claustrophobic with the dark paneling. there was no kettle, only a coffee machine.

wine tasting breakfast choice excellent grounds historic buildings

My visit included the complimentary wine tasting hosted by jorge. It was very informative. Breakfast offered good choices. I found the grounds to be excellent, especially the cheese. The location and historic buildings added to the experience.

I found the villa terrace needs redesign. It feels somewhat claustrophobic due to the dark paneling. The decking sun beds also felt uncomfortable.

the staff were very helpful I needed help with my luggage and they were quick to assist. i enjoyed the breakfast it had many fresh options. the suite was spacious it had a terrace that overlooked the water.

the pool was closed it opens in mid june. the room needed some maintenance there was no sofa. the kitchen was not well managed the meat was expensive for its quality.
