the staff were friendly and helpful.
i was really frustrated with the room. the air conditioning barely worked. plus, there was excessive noise at night, which disrupted my sleep.

breakfast had plentiful choices and great quality food. the staff were wonderful, they organised a doctor visit and constantly checked on my wife. the reception staff offered us sparkling wine for our son's upcoming wedding and a lovely birthday cake for my daughter in law. we also found parking easy on-site and the hotel upgraded our room upon arrival.
the hotel did get quite busy with larger groups, so it could get a bit noisy at times.

The pools were large and well maintained. there were many food and drink options available. It was easy to find something to enjoy. the hotel spa provided amazing massage services, i left feeling completely refreshed.

the rooms seemed somewhat dated. the furniture showed wear, and the cleanliness was not really good. also, the staff at the pool area did not always seem friendly.
