nice decor friendly staff comfortable bed
i found a special hotel. the reception area immediately impressed me with its nice decor and friendly staff. my room included comfortable beds and a fridge with all basic needs met. i enjoyed the superb breakfast with quality choices and excellent service.

the pool area provided ample space for relaxation. it featured many loungers and a shaded section, perfect for enjoying the sun. the gym included multiple treadmills and stationary bikes, supporting active routines.

big room comfortable bed pool view rude staff poor location slow service
the room was quite big with a large comfortable bed. i had a veranda with a view of the pool. there was a coffee maker with some pods and a complimentary bottle of water in the room when i arrived.
some staff were lovely, but some staff did not engage at all. the location is not good, but that is not the hotel's fault. staff on check-in and check-out were great, but the restaurant staff took too much time to serve me.

The room was a generous size. I enjoyed the included coffee maker and pods. High-quality L'Occitane toiletries were supplied. The restaurant provided excellent food. Spa pools were ALSO excellent.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

I found the room spacious. the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast had such great variety. I really enjoyed the pool because it was a good size and near the beach with a cool beach club. It was all super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The mini bar prices were excessively high I thought, especially for snacks.
