the location was acceptable, close to the marina.

The gym was disappointing. It had only two treadmills. the machines looked worn. i found the limited equipment frustrating.

the bar team crafted each drink with care. they connected well with guests. luis stood out due to his warmth. his attentiveness elevated my experience. i dined at pateo velho. the fried gambas were lovely. the crème brûlée was among the best i have ever had. the staff were gracious and attentive. they were genuinely kind. these experiences. i extend my thanks to the staff. i found the hotel very clean. the staff was friendly. there was plenty of choice for breakfast. i enjoyed new year's eve.

i think rooms need updates. i had a room far from reception. i needed to use three lifts. there were stairs where no lift was available. my room was small and smelled musty. the shower room was tiny.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

The staff provided excellent service. They addressed a couple of minor room issues quickly after I called. The outdoor pool was a delight. A hotel bus took us to a nearby beach with another pool and food service was quick at the poolside restaurant. I had a room in the updated section.

The gym's opening hours could have been a bit earlier, as I like to get my workout in before starting my day.

Our superior double room included ample space and everything looked super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well kept. It really enhanced our stay. Having a balcony was a bonus to enjoy the fresh air.

The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming options, and I found both inviting. The indoor pool also includes a sauna, a relaxing addition. Parking at the hotel was complimentary. It was very convenient for us, and meant one less thing to worry about.

great location wide choice lovely touch

i found the location excellent close to the marina. the breakfast had a wide choice of fresh fruit. sparkling wine added a lovely extra touch to the mornings. staff members were very friendly.

i noticed that the pool lacked functional showers. this made rinsing off after a swim inconvenient. also the absence of a visible lifeguard created a sense of unsupervised swimming.
