We stayed in a suite mountain view balcony. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found that very useful. the spa offered a range of treatments. They felt both relaxing and rejuvenating, it's a bonus! i enjoyed live jazz performances most evenings. The music created a relaxing night.

the room and public areas felt a little too warm, though it was a small detail.

The hotel is a short drive to the horn lift, about 3 minutes! it is also close to the hahnenkamm lift, maybe 7 minutes away. Made getting to the slopes easy. it is a great base for skiing and spa visits.

The hotel has an on-demand ski shuttle. This seemed very convenient! i also appreciated the presence of a kids club and a kids cinema. The children definitely had fun. every member of staff i spoke to was very helpful.

I stayed for several nights and found the spa amazing. There were different saunas and relaxing rooms. A big pool was also available. The staff was nice and attentive.

I found no coffee machine in the room. This was despite the resort being five stars. The reception did not bring one when I asked. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. I had a difficult time sleeping.
