The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Vira really stood out as an extraordinarily kind team member. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and inviting. The breakfast experience was good because of the delicious food and the charming ambiance.
Making adjustments to bookings made via online platforms proved a little challenging.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It provided a wide range of options to suit different tastes. The dining room was elegant and offered a superb atmosphere to start the day. I enjoyed every meal at this hotel.

The hotel is centrally situated, which provides convenient access to tram services. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms impressed me. They looked brand new. The outside door number locker added an extra layer of security. This.!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist. Dana, the manager, stood out as helpful and proactive. The team were great too ensure I had a smooth stay. Kirill and Natalia were excellent!!!

The room was opulent and beautifully maintained. It was a great space to relax. I loved the power shower. I really didn't want to leave it. The hotel provided bathrobes. It was very clean!!!

the superior double or twin room was very clean. it had a generously sized bathroom. the staff at breakfast made great coffee and always asked if i wanted more.
the gym is very small and you have to pay to use it.

The staff was friendly. The rooms had a good design overall. I observed a clean atmosphere. The location is near a nice promenade walk along the river. It offered a great view. The staff tried to be helpful and offered compliments.
The webpage contained inaccurate information. There were no saunas or a swimming pool. The walls displayed eerie portraits of old military men. There were no towels in the bathroom, so I requested some. There was no milk provided to go with tea or coffee.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. The bathroom had all complimentary toiletries I needed. The breakfast choice was very good. It was nicely presented.
The hotel does not have extras, such as saunas. I found the webpage had inaccurate information. The walls are covered with eerie portraits of old military men.

The room was clean and the bed sheet felt hypoallergenic. staff member nafissa from kazakhstan was very helpful at check-in. she also remained very helpful throughout my stay. the location was good. I found it easy to get around.

The location is convenient with trams and the metro nearby. A tesco supermarket is open late. It closes at midnight. The breakfast buffet had good variety, and the restaurant operates from 8 am to 12 pm. The staff in the restaurant was very nice.
I noticed the minibar was just a mini fridge that wasn't turned on.
