generally ok experience
theme park free access large selection bar snacks good quality room housekeeping poor quality coffee no replenish children choices
the hotel provided free access to terra mitica theme park. it was located right next door, very convenient (especially when traveling with kids). the breakfast buffet had a large selection. the bar offered good snack options, including a recommended four cheese pizza.
i found that the room housekeeping was poor. the cups and glasses were not washed daily. the coffee, milk, and water were not replenished after the first day (this was quite annoying). the options were chicken nuggets, chips, and pizza.

excellent stay
clean environment amazing staff large selection
The hotel is spacious and clean. staff were amazing and helpful. the pools are great for relaxation and play. there is free access to a theme park and also a water park and zoo about 15 euros by taxi from the hotel. i found the breakfast buffet had a large selection. the bar had good snacks. I recommend the pizza.
Convenience items were not easily accessible. there are no shops in the hotel or close by. This was inconvenient.

cold breakfast awful coffee
The cooked breakfast wasn't very nice. I arrived at 9 and the breakfast was cold. I could not eat it and just had toast! The coffee was awful I felt it was poor quality. We stayed there when the hotel was the Grand Luxor, we had the same quality room, but breakfast was superb so I was expecting the same quality? I don't think I would choose to stay there again.

a decent place
modern room spacious room sea view cold breakfast long queues broken umbrella
the room was modern it was spacious too. my room included a balcony with sea views. the pools and outside areas were clean
the cooked breakfast was cold it was disappointing. queues at reception were long i wanted to book a taxi. some umbrellas near the sunbeds are broken they need repair

breakfast was excellent. the nice pool had loads of space. the room was spot on.
The umbrellas near the sunbeds are broken. There are not enough umbrellas.
