The hotel is spacious and clean. staff were amazing and helpful. the pools are great for relaxation and play. there is free access to a theme park and also a water park and zoo about 15 euros by taxi from the hotel. i found the breakfast buffet had a large selection. the bar had good snacks. I recommend the pizza.
Convenience items were not easily accessible. there are no shops in the hotel or close by. This was inconvenient.

The cooked breakfast wasn't very nice. I arrived at 9 and the breakfast was cold. I could not eat it and just had toast! The coffee was awful I felt it was poor quality. We stayed there when the hotel was the Grand Luxor, we had the same quality room, but breakfast was superb so I was expecting the same quality? I don't think I would choose to stay there again.
