attentive staff warm welcome sunset view fast taxi
i found the staff genuinely attentive , from the warm welcome with luggage assistance to their constant kindness during breakfast. the spa was the highlight , with its sauna overlooking dalt vila. my room offered sunset views each evening , which was perfect. the taxi service worked perfectly , arriving within minutes of a reception call.

fantastic hotel stay!
convenient parking great location friendly staff upgraded suite
The staff was friendly. i received an upgrade to a suite sea view! it. parking by the hotel was convenient. the location is great. I took the city boat to town from the quay, right by the hotel.
The gym is somewhat basic. it did not have extensive equipment. i found this a minor drawback. For a more serious workout, other options would be necessary.

awesome breakfast fresh buffet useful equipment
i secured a fantastic beautiful twin room spa access. the breakfast buffet was a total win, so much variety and it was always fresh. the gym was really good! it had all the equipment i needed for my workouts.
the pool did seem to have a slightly strong chemical smell at times.

the pool had lovely snacks and drinks. attentive staff served them. spa and gym facilities were excellent. i loved the post-party reset there.
The reception team service could have been better. They lacked knowledge about the area and events. during checkout, they didn't ask for feedback.

the breakfast variety was good i found spa services really good. the staff were fabulous and the hotel was beautifully clean.
the walls of the room were quite thin i could hear a lot of noise. the hotel was pricey for the type of facilities provided

super clean room comfortable bed excellent location taxi service
the hotel location is excellent to visit the marina. the hotel offers wonderful sunset. the room was super clean, i found also comfortable beds. there is taxi service on request, a great bonus.
i noticed the gym did not offer many equipments, i found just one machine for each type.

the hotel is situated very close to Ibiza Marina. this situation allows easy access to many boats and marina facilities. i also saw many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
