decent stay, some letdowns
early closingunattentive staff
my stay started okay, but i noticed some issues. the pool closes early, so no swims before breakfast or after a day of exploring. the restaurant food wasnt amazing, specially the dessert with basic jam. also, the staff was not very attentive near the pool. i had to wait a long time before someone assist me with the sunbed. the overall experience left i wanting more from a place like this.

The room was immaculate, it had great amenities! The provided toiletries were high quality. I booked a Premier Room Balcony. It featured a spacious layout. The balcony offered unobstructed views.

The outdoor pool includes ample seating with about thirty loungers. It ALSO has shaded areas! The fitness center contains free weights, three treadmills, and two stationary bikes. A variety of machines are available.

i enjoyed the cleanliness of my premier room balcony. the housekeeping team gave great attention to detail and kept everything super clean. the beds were very comfortable and i slept well each night.
my check-in experience were not good. the receptionist was unfriendly, there was no welcome or a smile. the experience was of a lower standard than expected.
