I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. the bathroom featured great decor and a fantastic shower. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. I certainly did not go hungry. the sky bar provided lovely views with very nice cocktails.

the location was acceptable and NEAR restaurants.
The staff was not helpful. WHEN i asked reception to call a taxi several evenings, they said it would take too long so i should try to get one on the street, this WAS really disappointing.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with nice variety. The pool was also very nice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The city tax was charged per day per person. This was not explained at check in. I was surprised with this charge at check out.

Breakfast included variety of options. I saw no empty trays of non existent processed ham or cold bacon. Serving fizzy orange juice from a jug seemed fine and no issues observed.

Staff are very attentive around the pool and the room cleaning was superb. Reception staff were very polite and helpful. Taxis were available. No issues are apparent.

The hotel has great access to clubs and the airport. It is also a haven of cool relaxation when needed from the superclubs and beach bars. No plankton were loose on the roof top sky bar.
