cute staff beautiful range exquisite meal lovely surprise
The staff greeted me so warmly, i felt so welcomed. the breakfast offered such a beautiful range of choices. i also had two dinners at the hotel restaurant. Each meal was exquisite. the hotel staff noticed and celebrated my anniversary with my wife, a lovely surprise!
the wi-fi connection dropped a couple of times during the evening, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel has a super central location. it is located in an older, renovated building. A true boutique experience. the hotel's situation makes it a peaceful haven despite its central position, so exploration is both convenient and restful.

my room was a beautiful haven, it had fresh flowers that greeted me upon arrival, as well as thoughtful gifts, chocolates, and tea and coffee. the bed was very comfortable, adorned with lovely linens, it felt so luxurious. the bathroom was very generous.

the staff were attentive. breakfast offered a wide array of choices and fresh options. the central location made exploring the city easy. the hotel exceeded my expectations .
The elevator was a little slow at times. Though i understand it is necessary for an old building.

the staff was very helpful and accommodating to all requests. the hotel offered shuttle service to local beaches (purobeach). i found the location ideal for city exploration, as it was centrally located.

mixed feelings about the stay
unorganized check in poor staff
the hotel location was really good, it was near everything i wanted to see.
i'm still working to get it solved. also, check in was very unorganized and staff was confused. i didn't expect this at a hotel of this category, i was disappointed.

small wardrobe overwhelmed staff
the wardrobe in my Grand Mediterranean-Beautiful Double Room was rather small. It also housed the minibar and safe. this arrangement left little room for clothing. the breakfast room also needed More seating, the staff seemed overwhelmed.
