just okay, i guess
poor channelshard bed
The tv situation was dire. I think they forgot to load channels beyond the radio. and good luck getting comfortable. The bed seemed determined to remind me it existed. it was so hard. seriously, i've had better sleeps on airport benches. honestly, i expected a bit more for what i paid.

Check-in was smooth and i received all the necessary information. Dinner was a high quality experience. The breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items and was always fresh. i found it a great place to stage exploration. Uber rates were affordable. i had convenient access to the cruise port.
The bathroom ventilation was not working. This caused some minor discomfort but was not a MAJOR issue

The staff was very friendly and polite at reception. They always greeted me with a smile, assisting with directions and recommendations. their attentiveness greatly enhanced my stay. I appreciated their willingness to help, it made everything easier.

The location was good, it provided easier access to main tourist attractions and sites, STILL, it was far enough from the noise for a peaceful stay. the hotel is located next to most public transport facilities. This made getting around the city easy.

the staff are nice and accommodating.
i found the room to be quite small, especially with the basin in the main room instead of the bathroom. it seemed quite basic for the price (i thought it was a bit steep). the surrounding neighborhood felt a little shady at night.

some issues affected the stay
poor airnoisy ventilation
the spa i used wasn't maintained well and was a bit disappointing. also, when i first entered the room, air quality was poor. plus, ventilation was rather noisy. i had higher expectations for the spa and the room's air quality.

The staff provided clear guidance to the closest public transport. The room included a mini-fridge and tea making facilities. I also noticed the hotel had orthopedic pillows. Daily cleaning service was available.
The sink was not in the bathroom, though it was in the room.
