The staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet offered many options. Everything tasted fresh. the hotel was clean (i always appreciate this!).

I found the staff cute. our room was always super clean because housekeeping did a great job. the christmas eve dinner was a highlight, a set menu with many courses that felt very festive. i also enjoyed the daytime activities. Xenia was friendly and bilingual, she ran several sessions (i joined yoga and jute bag painting).
the indoor pool required an extra fee, which wasn't initially clear.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff upon arrival. They addressed all my questions efficiently. the room provided a surprise of both street and sea views. it was lovely the hotel offered towels for the beach and pool, with daily exchange availability, that was very useful. the short walk to both the beach and train station added convenience.
The train track nearby could be heard from 6am to 11.30pm. It was a very slight disturbance.

the hotel sits opposite the beach in a quieter area. the local supermarket is only a few minutes walk. shops and other amenities are also conveniently close by.

The breakfast buffet offered a HUGE variety of choices. I found many options catering to different dietary needs. The room had AMAZING sea views from the balcony. It also included comfortable furniture.
I noticed the air conditioning was not powerful enough. The room remained warmer than I preferred. This caused some delays.

The staff helped organize a taxi transfer from the airport. breakfast offered a fabulous variety of food. special dietary needs were accommodated upon request. the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout the premises. I had a sea view room with a balcony. It was very quiet! i felt very relaxed .
i noticed the gym didn't quite match the picture, specifically around the multi gym equipment. it was not ideal, but not a critical issue .
