The spa was amazing with multiple rooms for treatments. the breakfast offered special a la carte options that were luxurious. i enjoyed the omelet more than any other. the junior suite i had was large and comfortable. The mattress was high quality.
SOME floor tiles near the pool were broken.

i found the rooftop pools to be great. marcelo made the best cocktails at the rooftop bar (his negro was excellent!).
i stayed at the hotel in september. i noticed a strong musty smell in my room, specifically room 217, and it felt damp. throughout my stay, i developed red and itchy bites on my ankles and legs.

charmed by corner suite and excellent dining

I chose the corner suite (so glad i did!). it featured excellent amenities and super clean cleanliness. i also really appreciated the heated pools. I could enjoy a swim regardless of the weather and i found that so very great. the rooftop views are amazing.
the boat yard opposite the hotel creates significant noise. at 8 am on weekdays, loud boat hoist sounds were quite disturbing. the beeping was similar to a reversing bin wagon.

the hotel staff were very helpful (i really appreciated their kindness!). the reception staff, especially yaiza and vicente, provided excellent assistance and were always smiling and ready to help with anything that i needed.

the rooms have top designs and are very comfortable. junior suites are particularly nice and large. the beds had quality mattresses. the dreamer room offered a beautiful bay view, which i enjoyed so much.

Breakfast had a luxurious selection. special a la carte items were available, and i had an omelet that was particularly delicious. the hotel restaurant is also excellent. I highly recommend it. i particularly enjoyed the peruvian restaurant.
