The breakfast was certainly excellent with many choices at the buffet. Staff were very friendly and always helpful with any request I had. The location was close to key attractions, made seeing the sites so easy. The spa facilities were immaculate with a wonderful sauna.

Alternatively, they could inform guests during check-in. This meant there was only one time I could use the spa.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, a satisfactory start to the day.

upon arrival, i was informed that if i wanted my room cleaned, i had to request it. this seemed unusual for a four-star hotel. the zen room was quite small and the water in the jacuzzi was the color of weak tea. i had no desire to use it.

There was not automatic towel change. The room wasnt cleaned without request. I needed fresh towels.
