Super Stay!
excellent breakfast friendly staff immaculate facilities
The breakfast was certainly excellent with many choices at the buffet. Staff were very friendly and always helpful with any request I had. The location was close to key attractions, made seeing the sites so easy. The spa facilities were immaculate with a wonderful sauna.
Alternatively, they could inform guests during check-in. This meant there was only one time I could use the spa.

The hotel had a superb location near the city center. A bus stop to the airport was also nearby the building. It was easy to explore local attractions from here.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. Many tasty items are present. I found the quality of the breakfast selections superb .

Staff had excellent English and were always helpful. The receptionist with glasses was very cute. The staff was always ready to help with any questions.

unusual cleaning request weak tea
the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, a satisfactory start to the day.
upon arrival, i was informed that if i wanted my room cleaned, i had to request it. this seemed unusual for a four-star hotel. the zen room was quite small and the water in the jacuzzi was the color of weak tea. i had no desire to use it.

The bus stops location was close. All visited places were nearby. The room had AC. It was nice. The reception was staffed late. This felt good. I got help when needed.
There was not automatic towel change. The room wasnt cleaned without request. I needed fresh towels.
