Grethe helped us with the flowers to our room. Tamilla's smile made us felt at home. Nataliia ensured the room had a fine view of the park! The SPA was unparalleled and the gym well-equipped. Breakfast, supervised by Annette, made my daughter's birthday a dream!
The ventilation channels was being cleaned so toilet floor was full with dustballs.

I found my beautiful twin room view super spacious. it included a separate shower and a bathtub. the breakfast had a wide variety of options. i loved the fresh fruit selection! the spa area was so relaxing. I enjoyed the sauna.

the location was quite convenient. it was easy to reach nearby shops and restaurants. i also appreciated the breakfast buffet. it offered a good variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries.
the gym was smaller than i expected. it had limited equipment. the shower in my room had inconsistent water temperature. it fluctuated between hot and cold.
