The breakfast buffet had a GREAT variety. The view from my room, a one-bedroom suite sea view, was amazing. Staff were helpful with directions.
The air conditioning made strange noises ALL night. My invoice was incorrect. I had to call to get it fixed. The minibar was not restocked daily. This was inconvenient.

The check-in process was very slow. It took a long time. The air conditioning in my initial room did not function. Staff did not communicate effectively about the problem. I had to move my belongings to a different room myself. It was inconvenient. No compensation or apology was offered for these issues.

the room was spacious and generally clean, acceptable.
The plumbing had some issues on arrival. All the sink water ended up on the floor. it was fixed quickly, but first impressions do matter. i expect better from this class of hotel.

The room featured a very comfortable king bed. It also had underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hotel provides a pillow menu. The breakfast buffet presented a good choice of items.
The check-in process lacked emotion.

The room had soft towels, which met my expectations for a hotel of its reputation.
The shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor after each use. I had to use extra towels to mop up the water and I think the hotel should address this problem.
