i found the staff attentive. they upgraded me to a suite (it was a nice surprise!). the room service was fast. the staff did everything possible to.

The hotel lobby is not on the ground floor. It's actually on the 7th, giving this hotel an entrance resembling a normal building rather than a 5-star one.

the hotel offers convenient proximity to major shopping centers. there is also a connection to the skytrain. this makes traveling from the airport easier, and it is about 300m from bts station.

the rooms are very clean and spacious. i found the beds excellent and the pillows very comfortable. each room includes a nespresso machine. rooms have separate living areas.

i found that the christmas decorations were still up. they were cheap fair lights with snow flakes badly celotpaed to the wall and they still turned them on. the dining tables and chairs in the restaurant are the cheap rattan style, not luxiours. i found the bar area to be more like a bar from a 2 star hotel
