the hotel location were great, it was easy finding rides or take a stroll to the nearby bars and shops. i found the breakfast to be really great, i had a omelette every day. i also found helpful staff, they provides a free shuttle to the shopping mall.
i could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. one night, i heard a man snoring loudly and i thought he was in bed with me. the bathroom door was broken, i did not like that. the shower tap was slightly broken, this was very annoying.

the free shuttle to the bts and metro lines was really helpful! i used it on demand and saved myself from the heat and pollution. my one bedroom premier suite room was very large and had a super comfortable bed.
the bathtub instead of shower in the bathroom was not really practical.

My stay included a one bedroom junior suite, and it was huge. The suite featured a full kitchen and a dining table. That really worked for me. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. The hotel location provided easy access to many restaurants right next door.
I learned the room deposit would take four weeks to release if I used a credit card. I found that to be a pretty long wait for a refund. I hope they can speed up that process.

Wave, the manager. the front desk team, handled every request professionally. I saw that the hotel staff was gracious and attentive. They aimed to meet all my needs. Their proactive support contributed positively to my overall experience at the hotel.

the breakfast had plentiful choices and i found this acceptable.
i am confused by the high ratings. the floors of the rooms were very unclean. the lifts were filthy, i even asked the staff to clean them but they did not.

My room smelled of smoke when i arrived. i was assigned a non smoking room. also, i experienced a delay to get a room. It was not ready until 4 pm!
