The location was really convenient. the shuttle bus was prompt, taking me to the train station early. jack, the driver, even helped with my bags. That was sweet.
i found getting to the hotel a bit tricky at first. i used public transport, there was no clear pedestrian path from the station. also, the room lacked ventilation, a bit stuffy even with one person.

The location had easy access to the airport rail link, convenient.
I found the immediate surroundings quite unpleasant. The hotel sits on a busy road with no proper sidewalks, so walking anywhere felt unsafe. It was difficult to access nearby shops or restaurants. My room's air conditioning was not working properly and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved.

check-in was quick and efficient. the room featured a coffee pod machine and a functional workspace. the hotel looked modern (i was impressed by the design). breakfast offered asian and western choices. all staff members were helpful and friendly.
the adapter location was awkward and not conveniently placed near the bedside.

the breakfast buffet includes a wide array of dishes. the pool is on the 10th floor and offers good views. the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service to and from the nearby train station.
