Acceptable Stay with Room for Improvement
pharmacy location shopping mall breakfast selection water temperature limited variety shower mechanism
The hotel location is convenient to a pharmacy across the street. A 7/11 is also nearby on the left. There is a massive shopping mall on the main road that includes many restaurants. The breakfast offered a nice selection and I enjoyed it.
The shower water temperature fluctuated from warm to hot. I adjusted to it, but the initial change was startling. Adjustable shower mechanism didn't work very well due to ageing.

helpful staff excellent location clean spaces kind service
The staff was helpful and kind. I especially appreciated Neung Can's really good management skills. The location is excellent for shopping and accessing public transportation. The hotel had clean spaces that added to my comfort .
The gym was closed, a minor inconvenience for my workout routine

great location spacious rooms
the location is super close to the bts and shopping malls! i loved how spacious the rooms were, providing tons of room to relax and unwind after a long day.
the tv channel selection was somewhat limited.
