the bathroom included great products for use which was a plus.
the room felt quite dirty upon arrival dust covered the bedside tables and even the phone i also noticed massive stains by the head of the bed and all over the wall i did have trouble reaching the front desk since the phone did not work.

i had a superior room and the view from the 21st floor was very nice i could watch the city for hours with a cup of tea the location is great with easy access by bus and on foot. the hotel spa had nice facilities and the view from the room was really good

The staff was attentive to my needs. I found the breakfast to be very good. It offered a wide selection of options. I also enjoyed the convenient location, as it made exploring the area simple.
The noise from nearby rooms and the hallway was quite disruptive at times, which affected my ability to relax fully.
