the location was very central to the main tourist sites. it was on a quiet street.
the breakfast was not great. there was a problem with the air conditioning. i asked staff about fixing it but received no response. the bathroom also lacked cleanliness.

I STAYED in a Suite. The room featured a kettle with tea and coffee, i APPRECIATED that. Breakfast had a large selection with fresh options. I found the location very central with main attractions within walking distance.
The hotel felt a little dated, it would benefit from some modern updates.

I loved the location of this hotel! It's super central and everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. I really appreciated the helpful staff especially when I needed to call a taxi early one morning.
The fitness room was a bit tiny for my liking.

This hotel is close to the Presidential Palace, historical center, and cathedral. Many cafes, restaurants, and bars are nearby. It is easy to walk to Pilies gatve, Rådhus Torg, and the Glass Quarter.

The hotel has an interesting layout. It was created by connecting multiple buildings including those with balconies. Conference rooms are available and well equipped. I noticed the presence of a minibar in the room.

Breakfast was a great experience with a lot of variety. The buffet choice was very excellent. Magic coffee was definitely a highlight. I found the breakfast reasonably priced.

My room was spacious and cozy with a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the TV was easy to use. There were good hygiene articles available. Slippers and a robe were provided too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My request for an iron and board was fulfilled immediately. Early morning taxi call was made effortlessly. I noticed a discount available for the spa next door.

the location ROCKS.. it is walking distance to major tourist attractions. the staff acted respectfully and was ready to help immediately, especially when my flight got delayed.
my room faced a bar, and it was NOISY with light all night. the receptionist did not offer another room so i couldn't sleep.. that was not okay. they should fix that.
