Really good Stay!
heated floor spacious room comfortable bed
The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The bathroom floor was heated, a NICE touch. Our room felt spacious, a real plus. The bed was very comfortable, too.
The spa seemed a little outdated. I noticed used towels lying around.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
disengaged staff poor ventilation
The location proved ideal, placing me conveniently near key attractions.
The breakfast service fell short. Staff seemed disengaged. Securing warm coffee required multiple attempts, it tested patience. The room lacked ventilation. Fresh air was not accessible.

Really good Hotel Stay
private room courtyard view excellent food amazing location
Our room was very private, located on a half-floor with only two rooms. We had quiet. The window overlooked a huge courtyard. It was full of trees. The food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, what a treat. The location was amazing. We could walk easily to all the events.
The elevator IS a bit slow. One must press the button a bit longer than usual.

The hotel features a steam room that requires activation by the front desk, needing about ten minutes to warm up, not a big deal. The spa is cozy and comfortable, with a cute space for relaxation, and includes some great amenities. Breakfast offers a wide selection of really good, fresh food.

The room was super spacious, equipped with super comfortable beds, and provided excellent bedding. The hotel room decor provides a calm, relaxing atmosphere. This allows guests to rest well. Despite being located in a busy area, the hotel is quiet ensuring a peaceful sleep.

The staff are attentive. They did their best with all our requests making us feel welcomed. Check-in and check-out IS excellent, fast and smooth, so very efficient. The staff are genuinely motivated to ensure a pleasant stay and smoothly provide everything one needs.

fresh food attentive staff underfloor heating
the staff was really attentive to my needs. the breakfast had a good selection with fresh food every morning. the room included underfloor heating in the bathroom for warmth after a shower.
the air conditioning made noise even when it was switched off so it was difficult to sleep.

the location of the hotel is very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
the spa was a real letdown. the facilities were quite small, and the water in the hot tub wasn't hot enough. some areas could use a bit of updating, it felt a bit old-fashioned.
