amazing sea front stay
sea frontroom upgradedigital safeputrid smell
i enjoyed the superb sea front location. it was close to many attractions (i went to the aquarium). the room upgrade was welcome and gave me a sea view. tea and coffee facilities were available, as well as a digital safe for my laptop.
The room i had included a bathroom that emitted a semi-putrid smell. The front desk only suggested aerosol spray.

the reception team provided a warm welcome upon my late saturday evening arrival. concierges were helpful and multilingual (andrew spoke many languages). breakfast service was excellent, with a very friendly team led by fabiana.

breakfast had plenty of choice and offered a wonderful team. the rooftop restaurant was popular, with local people and guests eating there, this suggested the food was nice. the breakfast room was beautiful, too.

a romantic getaway by the sea

I loved the spaciousness of the beautiful king suite. it had elegant decor with high ceilings. the breakfast offered great variety and i especially liked the fresh pastries. I also enjoyed the rooftop barwith very nice views. these details added so much to my experience.
i noticed minor wear and tear in some areas, such as slightly faded wallpaper in the hallway.

the location near the sea was great. the breakfast offered a wide selection, i found fresh pastries and fruit. my room had a balcony facing the sea, i liked enjoying the views. the staff assisted with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants.
the hallway carpets showed some signs of wear and tear which was noticeable near the elevators.

A nice stay

The room had a good view of the sea. The bed was COMFORTABLE!!! The bike rental was easy. The bikes were of great quality. The staff at the cocktail bar were excellent and skilled.
The air conditioning was poor. I spent every night sweating in a room at 26C. This happened despite the AC being set much lower.

The receptionist and the staff are friendly. I noticed the staff were very helpful and attentive throughout the hotel. The staff greeted everyone for dinner and breakfast, providing assistance as needed. I found the service really good.
