rough linenawful noise
the room was too warm, even after i turned off the heating. i had to open the windows, BUT the noise outside was AWFUL. also, the bed linen felt rough. I did ask for it to be changed, which they did, eventually. it was OKAY.

i had several disappointments . the room design felt pretty dated and not so functional. also, i was charged extra just to put cheese on my breakfast omelette, i think this is ridiculous.
