The breakfast included MANY options. The staff helped with directions and prepared a room quickly since I arrived early. They even sold day passes for the tram to the island.
The hotel is loud. Machine noises were heard ALL night long.

i needed a hotel near venice without the trouble of driving or carrying luggage through the narrow venice streets. i found this place worked well. i didn't use the pool, but after a day exploring venice, i imagine it is very refreshing.
one receptionist seemed unfriendly and somewhat rude. i also thought it odd that spa access required an extra fee.

the location was quite convenient. it was a short walk to the tramwith easy access to venice (about 15-20 minutes). the breakfast offered plenty of choices, a good way to start the day.
i found the parking situation less than ideal. parking was paid and there seemed to be limited space available (a bit of a hassle). also, the spa access required an extra fee, even the pool, which i felt should have been included.

the location is convenient. it is easy to get the bus to the airport and to catch the tram into venice. the room was very clean and large. the bathroom also was a good size.
the staff were not cute. their attitude felt cold. the shower design is flawed and it caused flooding. we had to use several towels to prevent water from spreading.

I appreciated the parking for my rental car. The tram to Venice was also a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean. This made getting into the city easy. I was very charmed by these aspects.
The room did not completely match the photos online. The swimming pool required a separate payment. This surprised me at check-in.
