the location of this hotel worked great for me, just a short walk to the old town. my room included a big fridge which was so useful. i appreciate i could use the nearby spa at a discount. the breakfast was good and included a wide selection of food.
the hotel room needed a kettle and coffee cups, though i did request a kettle and received one.

the room was quite big and include floor heating in the bathroom, so it was nice and warm. the beds are comfy, so a good night rest is guaranteed. the room was very clean.

the hotel location is excellent, very near the harbor for catching a ship and also close to restaurants. this hotel provides easy access to the medieval center. a cheap parking place exist near the hotel.

breakfast offered plenty of choice, including some estonian food. i got a discount to use the pool at the metropol spa hotel, and use the jacuzzi. the hotel offer value for money.

the air conditioning was centralized with no way for me to control it in the room. i asked at the reception if i could turn it off, but they said no. the shower had just a plastic curtain, i found that disappointing. (i really don't like those curtains!)
