a treasure in every corner

heated floornice detailsgood bed
the heated bathroom floor felt amazing. the hotel interior design really caught my eye, i noticed many nice details everywhere! i found the bed and blankets to be good. a big bathtub was also a nice touch.
I couldn't get the room temperature above 21 degrees even when i tried to raise it from the central system. the heating was turned off, that felt a bit odd for january 1 considering the temperature outside. i also wanted to see the city view from the rooftop. but i was denied access and told i needed to pay 75 euros just to see the bar and view on the last floor. It was pretty disappointing.

the cleaning staff was very good. I thought the breakfast options were rich and tasty. I appreciate the modern gym, it includes built-in fans. i also like the sauna, so clean!
the lack of a doorman caused minor inconveniences during arrival. I had to manage my luggage alone. this impacted my initial impression.

I received a warm welcome upon arrival. the room was spotlessly super clean and cozy. breakfast was great (the variety was fine!). i also used the spa area. It was a relaxing experience.
