the breakfast had a wide selection of freshly made food and fruits. i appreciated the staff showing up with a complimentary birthday cake at breakfast for my friend (it was a very nice touch). the staff was super nice and helpful. the hotel was clean and quiet, which i valued.
i found the parking situation less than ideal, i wish there was a parking discount for hotel guests.

the hotel's location is right on freedom square. it is easy to access transport to the airport, with bus number 2 just 200 meters away and going straight to the airport. this made getting around very convenient.

The breakfast? well, it was more like a competition to see who could snag the last lukewarm sausage. and the scrambled eggs looked suspiciously like they'd been auditioning for a rubber band commercial. i also noticed the room service menu seemed to be missing a few essential items like, oh, i don't know, actual food someone would want to eat late at night. i tried ordering anyway. It was like talking to a wall.

Room 501 embraced me for seven days. the cleanliness shone, and larger bottles reduced plastic waste. beds were cloudlike, inviting daytime naps. i appreciated indra's cute gestures with cards and fresh fruit. Arsenii's really good service remains nice. i will return.
during my stay, minimal hot water caused frustration. repeated complaints were necessary for action. staff initially dismissed my concerns, disappointing. a prompt resolution would be beneficial.

The hotel has a nice spa area. It feature a small pool I had all to myself most mornings. Breakfast had a wide selection. I especially liked the curd pancakes. Staff replaced our key card quickly when we lost it.
Hot water was limited one morning, this was a slight issue.
