helpful staff comfortable room empty mini bar loose faucet
the location proved ideal. i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the on-site cafe was a definite plus. the room was comfortable enough for my needs.
the room i had was not quite as depicted in the photos. it seemed a bit cramped. there were some maintenance issues, like a loose faucet. the mini bar was empty and the courtyard looked rather neglected.

staff attention suitable room excellent breakfast cozy feel
i REALLY appreciated the staff attention. They found a suitable room for my wife. My wife has mobility difficulties. The breakfast was excellent, it had a great choice. All were friendly and helpful. It IS a cozy boutique hotel.
my room was across the courtyard, IT was a very neglected area. the area had dead plants and broken walkways. the door to my room was half clear glass. it had a sheer curtain that allowed a view of my bed.

the breakfast was a highlight. it included a good choice with staff doing extra. i also received a complimentary drink on arrival. this.
my room was small. it lack place to put stuff in the toilet. i find this to be not very convenient as a guest.

short walk polite staff
The location was excellent. Every major sight was within 5 minutes walking. The staff was polite all the time. They refilled the coffee pods everyday. The breakfast had freshly made hot meal options too, I loved it.
