the location was excellent close to the old town square i found the hotel interior modern with well planned spaces the staff were very helpful always responsive when i needed something they were proactive in anticipating my needs the hotel had christmas decorations adding festive cheer
the room ac made noise even set on night mode after the second call reception turned it off the room then became hot as the ac was practically off this was only a minor issue

i observed friendly efficient staff at the front desk they provided helpful advice and quick service the reception area was clean and well organized with clear signage available . the team communicated effectively during check-in and check-out.

boutique bliss!

amazing bathroom
i adored the large bedroom it had a super comfortable bed i slept like a baby i also loved the amazing bathroom it featured both a double ended bath and a walk in shower the best of both worlds i tell you. breakfast to go was provided because i was travelling early so thoughtful such a nice touch!

the location provided easy access to sightseeing points. the breakfast box for early check-out was a nice touch. it was convenient.
The room ac made a very loud noise. this persisted even on the "night" mode. i called the reception, and they eventually shut it down. The room then became pretty hot as the ac was off.

The location allowed easy exploration of the nearby areas. the suite's design was modern with ample natural light! the bathroom was spacious. and the bed ensured comfortable nights. i appreciated breakfast. The quality was apparent in every bite.
during our stay, housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent. used glasses remained uncleaned. and general servicing felt incomplete on some days. i did mention it to the reception.

the staff was friendly and the location was good.
my room wasn't serviced properly. the bins werent emptied, and no replacement water was provided. the shower screen was cheap and the shower space was really small. water flooded the floor every time i used it.
