equipped kitchen spacious apartment comfortable bed uninformed reception electrical outage no warning
the apartment was spacious. it had a fully equipped kitchen which was great. everything seemed new! the bed was comfortable.
reception was not well informed. they told us on check-in there would be an electrical outage at midnight? they weren't sure when it would be back on but would give us a torch! there was no forward warning of the disruption via message or email.

spacious suite polite staff delicious breakfast
the suite felt really spacious, and its decor created a tender and romantic atmosphere. the staff was very polite. i loved the breakfast with its beautiful presentation and delicious choices.
The pillows were too soft for my back. I prefer more firmness.

The concierge provided assistance with my luggage upon arrival, and i found this helpful. staff at the front desk provided quick responses to all my inquiries. I really appreciate it. the hotel offers an efficient and friendly service.

A supermarket across the street made it easy to grab snacks. I found this very helpful. several cafés were nearby, perfect for romantic afternoon dates. access to various attractions was also convenient.

The studio had a well-equipped kitchenette. It was convenient. A parking lot was available in the building, which simplified travel. Breakfast offered enough options for a satisfying start to the day. Check-in was very friendly and efficient.
The room lighting was not ideal.
