awesome location breakfast choices

the location is totally awesome near the ubahn. breakfast rocked with lots of choices right from the kitchen. i could quickly get to alexanderplatz!

The hotel is close to the subway and the city center. I found the room to be clean and it had a good air conditioning system. As a Genius Level 2 member, I got an upgraded room. The gym was also clean and equipped (great for a quick workout!).

The lack of native German speakers among the staff was noticeable (I missed the local touch).

The staff members were super friendly and helpful (always ready to assist!). They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The front desk personnel were very friendly and offered suggestions. the service was attentive.

flaking grout holed towels

i was quite disappointed in the room. the grout in the bathroom on the floor was flaking really badly everywhere, after only having one shower. the grout was a mess and was sticking to the bottom of our feet. the towels provided had holes in them, i did not expect that for a hotel of this rating.

The location was excellent, offering easy access to many sights. The staff was helpful and cute. I got an early check-in. The room had comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. Public transport was very convenient, with a subway station close by.
