The hotel's location is central and close to attractions. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of options. The staff helped me store my luggage safely. I appreciated the blackout curtains in my room.
The minibar was empty. I would have liked to purchase a drink upon arrival.

I found there was a distinct lack of information regarding local transport options available at the reception desk. I had hoped staff would offer more advice. additionally, the limited selection of teas in my room felt somewhat disappointing. i expected a broader range of choices. the coffee provided tasted bland, a surprise given the hotel's general reputation. the gym was smaller than i anticipated, with fewer machines than i had wanted.

I found the location convenient, close to museum island. the staff welcomed me warmly. the room had blackout curtains, which ensured a restful sleep. The shower area was also large. i thought this hotel was an excellent choice for exploring the city.

the hotel staff was friendly. they extended our car parking so we could explore the area after checkout. i found the people at the front desk very nice and helpful. parking in the basement was a real plus.
I did not find room slippers. the in-room phone lacked instructions for contacting reception or housekeeping. towels used by a previous guest were not removed from the bathroom. there were leftover empty bottles.

i rented bikes from the hotel for two days, , made exploring the city so much fun!!! i saw so much more than i would have on foot. the breakfast selection was great too, with something for every taste, i enjoyed it every morning.
