The staff was friendly, i found it very helpful. the room was spacious. it had adequate equipment. the entire area was super clean. i also appreciated the proximity to potsdamer platz train station. It made traveling convenient. there was easy access to brandenburg gate. checkpoint charlie was also within walking distance.

i thought the spa should have been open earlier in the morning.

i found the staff to be kind. they also presented themselves as super professional. the staff was always helpful with any requests i had. their attentiveness and dedication greatly enhanced my stay.

the hotel features contemporary facilities that were comfortable to use. the gym provided adequate equipment for workouts. the spa was great. hygiene standards were clearly maintained at a high level throughout.

The location was super central. I found the staff to be polite and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Parking facilities were onsite and convenient. It made arrival and departure seamless.

The minibar was quite expensive. Free water was not offered and cost 6 euro from the bar. I think complimentary water should be provided in a five-star hotel.

The noise from the corridor was disruptive, especially in the evenings. Shower pressure was weak, and I found no conditioner was provided. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled.
