sauna steamtrain stationnight light
the wellness area has a jacuzzi sauna and steam room i found this relaxing after exploring. the breakfast included was delicious i enjoyed the variety. the location is near zoologischer garten and the train station this made travel easy.
the air conditioner did not work neither did the night light i found this inconvenient. at one point the electricity in the room completely went out this was unexpected. one staff member spoke only spanish communication was difficult.

the room includes a safe and a small refrigerator it allowed me to store my valuables. there are also provisions for making coffee and tea within the room including tea coffee sugar and cups.

the wellness center is open until late it allowed for relaxation after long days. the gym offers several machines it provided options for maintaining my exercise routine. these amenities added to the hotel experience.

the room was immaculate. i loved the super clean bed linens and the spacious layout. the metro station nearby provided easy access to everything. it was lovely!!!

the location was good, near the u bahn. (, made getting around easier)
I was not happy with the room. my room lacked basic amenities like a kettle. i had to ask for one. It was like pulling teeth to get anything resolved.

The double room was perfect! it had a rainfall shower and two separate sinks, so convenient. i also appreciated the gym. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa facilities were excellent. I tried the jacuzzi!
The wi-fi was not great. It was slow.
