the room i booked was large, but the amenities were sadly lacking such as coffee or tea service. there was a drawer in a cabinet that had clearly held something like snacks or coffee supplies at one time it felt very much like a once-grand old hotel that has passed its prime.

A Few Hiccups During My Stay

The room was fine, I guess, but they shorted me on the shampoo. Really?! One tiny bottle for a multi-day stay? I had to call down, which took forever. I also wish they would have told me about the deposit right away. It was like a surprise, and I hate surprises. And don't even get me started on the lack of hot water one morning. Seriously inconvenient!!!
